Continental United States and All territories, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Please provide a contact phone number with all orders. Shipments without a phone number may be delayed. Our Default shipping method is via FedEx Ground or USPS depending on the item and ship destination. IF you have a preference, please specify: Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day, additional charges may apply. Any items including drop-ship items may be shipped via the most appropriate method with a comparable delivery time frame at our sole discretion or that of our supplier(s). NOTE: All orders requesting expedited shipping, i.e. 3 Day Select, Next Day, etc. must include a valid phone number and will only be shipped to the verified billing address of the credit card used to pay for the order.

Service & Return policy:
Satisfaction with your purchase is our priority.
We offer a 30 day return policy and 100% exchange or credit policy for defective or "wrong application" items. All electronics must be returned within the first 10 days after receipt of your shipment. Installed parts cannot be returned. All shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all fees incurred for return shipment and installation/removal costs. Some return shipping costs may be covered by our company under special circumstances at our sole discretion. Special Order, "Used," or "open box" items are sold "as is," no refunds, but a credit or exchange may be offered.
Items returned for a refund will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, 30% after 30 days of shipment date, no refunds after 60 days. We reserve the right to refuse returns or deny refunds, credits, or exchanges if they fail to conform to the requirements outlined in our Merchant Policy. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Returns are only accepted if received in as delivered, re-sellable, new condition with all original packaging, parts, and literature fully intact.
All returns must be sent prepaid--no collect shipments will be
accepted. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself
against loss or theft. We strongly suggest that
you ship returns via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground or FedEx Ground as they
are traceable. We are not responsible for return shipping cost or any lost or
stolen packages.
