Shipping limits: Most items ship within 48 hours. Some products are drop-ship items that ship directly from our suppliers; these items often require up to an additional 48 hours to ship. We ship anywhere in the continental United States, including Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and all US territories. Your 'Shipping Method' is a 'request,' and we reserve the right to use a different carrier than the requested carrier with a comparable or faster delivery time frame at our sole discretion.
NOTE: All orders requesting expedited shipping, i.e. 3 Day Select, Next Day, etc. must include a valid phone number and will only be shipped to the verified billing address of the credit card used to pay for the order.
We also offer world wide shipping to Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Please inquire via email for your specific shipping needs.
Local pick-up is also available with pre-approval. Please email us for details.
Customer guarantee: Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order is not as advertised or does not fit, we will gladly offer a refund, credit, or exchange. We guarantee that all merchandise sold and advertised at is exactly as advertised to the best of our knowledge.
Return policy: We offer a 30 day refund, 100% exchange or credit for defective or "wrong applications." All electronics must be returned within 14 days of date received. Installed parts cannot be returned. All shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipment fees incurred and installation/removal costs. Some return shipping costs may be covered by our company under special circumstances at our sole discretion. Special Order, "Used"/"open box" items are sold "as is," no refunds, credit or exchange may be offered.
Returns for a refund will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, 30% after 30 days of shipment date, no refunds after 60 days. We reserve the right to refuse returns or deny refunds, credits, or exchanges if all requirements outlined in this policy are not met. We are not liable for lost or misdirected returns. Returns are only accepted if received in re-sellable, new condition with all original packaging, parts, and literature fully intact.

  • Notify us via email before sending a return.
  • Returns should be packaged in original packaging
  • Returned items must be in re-sellable, new condition
  • Include invoice and/or packing slip with all returns.
  • Return shipping address will be located on the shipping label of the original packaging OR in most cases is W Belle Isle Rd, Unit 25, Atlanta, GA 30342-2533. NOTE: Return address often differs from shipment to shipment.
  • Include a detailed explaination of the reason for return, your name, address, and contact phone number.
  • Ship via an insured trackable method, such as "Confirmed" USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.
  • Ensure that your return is approved before shipping.
